1. what does Dafa Hoja mean?

Dafa Hoja is an Urdu/Hindi term that means “get lost” or “avaunt.” If you’re from the South Asian subcontinent, you’ve probably heard your parents say it to you at least once. Or you’ve said/thought it when a kameena has talked to you.

Payment and Shipping

1. how long until I receive my order?

Orders generally ship 3-7 business days after they’re placed. Depending on the shipping speed you’ve selected they could take anywhere from an additional business day to 7 business days, if ordered from the continental United States. We’ll email you an order confirmation immediately after the order is placed. We’ll also send you a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. (Be sure to whitelist Dafa Hoja, so that the email doesn’t get stuck in your spam folder!)

NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus situation, we are currently facing lengthy production delays of around 14-21 business days. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to comply with state mandates as well as ensure the safety of our members, customers, and shipping carriers. Therefore, some orders may take longer to be made or shipped.

It absolutely is! We’re secured using SSL Encryption, and our checkouts are conducted through PayPal, which takes additional measures to ensure your information is safe and sound.

1. how can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, contact us via social media, text, or at [email protected] right away. Orders generally get processed within hours, and are ready for shipment within 5-7 business days (depending on availability of materials), and once items are in production or shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to them.

2. what is your return policy?

Items that are subject to returns must receive an RMA from us and be returned to our facility within 7 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
